Product Introduction    
MIS800 is the latest generation of static particle image analysis equipment in China. It uses the latest image acquisition system and analysis software to combine computer graphics with particle size and particle analysis theory to obtain clear particle images while granular particle size. The characterization parameters of the particle size and shape, such as the spherical shape, the aspect ratio, the bulk ratio, and the surface rate, are presented in the form of eigenvalues and distributions, so that the user can understand the particles in detail. In addition, the instrument also gives the automation, intelligent energy era of the logo, making it easier to operate, smarter analysis, more stable results, is the preferred partner and assistant for particle size testing and particle analysis.


The characteristics
Visually reflect the particle shape:
The surface topography of the particles is directly reflected on the computer screen, and the user can intuitively and comprehensively understand the surface and shape properties of the particles;
Perfectly stitch multiple images:
The multiple particle images taken in different fields of view are spliced into one frame, so that the number of particles participating in the analysis is more, and the test results are more representative;
Automatically split adhesion particles:
Using a more advanced particle recognition algorithm, the adhesion particles of various shapes can be automatically segmented, which significantly improves the accuracy of adhesion particle segmentation, reduces human participation, and effectively shortens image processing time;
Adaptive binarization:
Adopting an adaptive binarization function, it is not affected by the shooting light when performing image binarization processing, avoiding the loss of particle information due to factors such as uneven light, and laying the foundation for the accuracy of subsequent processing. ;
Automatic processing of particle images:
The particle image analysis software contains an automatic processing tool set that integrates the automatic operation of binarization, elimination of boundary incomplete particles, elimination of noise, filling of voids, smoothing of edges, separation of adhesion particles, calculation of particle parameters, etc. The whole process of particle image processing to the generation of analysis results is simple and reliable.
Freely switch the particle size unit:
The ruler selection supports multiple length units and can be freely switched between nanometer, micrometer and millimeter, which is convenient for users to further process the particle images obtained by other means such as electron microscopy;
Quickly process special shaped particles:
 For spherical particles, a unique processing algorithm is used to directly analyze the particle size information without any processing on the original image. Even if the particles adhere or overlap each other, the analysis results are not affected, and the analysis efficiency of the spherical particles is improved.
