LDY1600A adopts the fifth-generation ultra-high-speed acquisition motherboard, which ensures the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the scattering signal acquisition. Adopting the most advanced Mie's scattering principle and convergent Fourier transform optical path, Fourier transform lens + filter lens dual lens technology ensures the measurement accuracy of the instrument, high-density array of probes and full-range seamless test method to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test results. The unique wet cycle dispersing system adopts pipeline residue-free design to ensure that there is no particle deposition phenomenon during particle testing, and no waste liquid accumulation phenomenon after testing drainage, which not only ensures the accuracy of testing different samples, but also ensures the accuracy of the second test, making the test results more real and reliable.

TECHNICAL EXPLANATION
Laser Intelligent Management System The instrument uses the international advanced laser intelligent management system to monitor the working status of the instrument in real time. Once the working command is received, the intelligent management system will light up the laser instantly, and the high-performance laser will reach a stable working status within 3 seconds. Once the sample is tested, the laser will be automatically switched off by the intelligent management system, and the laser will basically not decay, so theoretically, the particle sizer can be used for a lifetime without the need to replace the laser.
Intelligent operation mode Click to run the SOP (editable) can automatically complete the water intake, exhaust bubbles, background collection, sample dispersion, collection of measurement data, save, clean and other functions, the operator only need to put the sample to be tested, the test results are not affected by human factors.
Misoperation protection function The instrument has the function of no response to misoperation, ultrasonic anti-dry burning function, and water overflow function.
