MSG200 Automatic Metallographic Specimen Grinding and Polishing Machine is a new generation of high-precision, automated grinding and polishing equipment based on international standards and advanced technology. The machine adopts advanced microprocessor control system, which makes the rotational speed of grinding and polishing disc and head infinitely adjustable, and the setting of sample making pressure and time is intuitive and convenient. The operator only needs to change the grinding and polishing disc or metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric to complete the grinding and polishing process, which makes this machine show a wider range of applications. This machine is equipped with grinding and polishing disc rotation direction can be arbitrarily selected, the grinding and polishing disc can be quickly replaced; centre loading and single point loading; automatic distribution of abrasive (dispenser optional) and other functions, but also has a smooth rotation, safe and reliable, low noise and the use of cast aluminium base increases the rigidity of the grinding and polishing and other features.
