This machine is used to test the expansion and shrinkage features of   metal, ceramic, glaze material, fire-resistance material and other non-metallic materials during baking. It is also suitable for  GB/T16920-2015 Determination of Average Linear Thermal Expansion Coefficient of Glass, GB/T3810.8-2016, ISO 10545.8-1995 Determination of Linear Thermal Expansion Coefficient of Ceramic Tiles, GB/T2572-2005 Requirements for Test Method for Average Linear Thermal Expansion Coefficient of Fiber Reinforced Plastics.

Main technical parameter:

  1. Detection temperature: adjustable from room temperature to 1400 ºC;
  2. The bending scope: ±1.5mm,
  3. Displacement sensor sensitivity 0.1um,  automatic calibration range.
  4. Temp. controlling accuracy: ±1ºC.
  5. The computer will automatically calculate the expansion coefficient and the line swelling capacity.
  6. Automatically adjust compensation factor.
  7. Sample size: Ф(5~10)×50mm,(5~10)×(5~10)×50mm,Square or round samples are OK.
  8. Power supply: 220V,2KW
  9. ZRPY intelligent expansion instrument can auto control the temp. , record, save and print datas, temperatures and the expansion coefficient curve. The whole test will be finished by the computer.
